Is our Language Really Powerful? The "Language"

Science is amazing
Every other day it amazes us with new discoveries, new theories, new philosophies for life.

However, each new theory of science, as represented in language, is actually a "new combination" of old words.
.
Words which we already knew, only their combination is new.
.
Even the greatest discoveries of humanity, the theoretical discoveries, for example The General Relativity, were more of "language things" rather than being "experimental" things.
In fact, even the experimental discoveries and inventions are, in their roots, find their concepts being conveyed in "language".
.
Each new discovery, is the combination of old words we already know.
Each new discovery, has always been out there in the form of words, we just needed to reassemble them smartly.
.
This gets me thinking,
What if we don't have right amount of words in our languages, to comprehend even greater discoveries.
Is our "language" really that smart?
(Leads us to an obvious conclusion) that the complexity of language is the true measure of the "intelligence" of a specie.
.
Maybe our languages are really smart, way more than any alien life form,
or maybe our language is not even a fraction of the "true intelligence" about which we can only imagine.
We have a poor frame of reference in this context. Actually, it's not poor but the samples we have, puts us on the top as being "the smartest of all" (Samples here being the languages used by other earthly-animals) So this comparison shouldn't really count in, which calls us intelligent without a fair comparison.

Moreover, languages, as we know today, are ever evolving things. Many common words we use today, were meaningless sounds a few centuries ago; Hindi and English are only roughly a millennial old languages, our many monuments are older than our languages.
Point is, like culture and society, our language ability too has been evolving and growing year by year since the dawn of our specie;

An Exponential Growth" actually. Not only in language, but in every measure of intelligence. Of the 2,00,000 years of existence of HomoSapiensSapiens, females got the rights and equal say in decision making in most of our societies, only around 50 years ago.
.
Well, our language has evolved at-least this much, that we can think about these things properly. It's safer to assume that, at-least our language is that powerful that it lets us imagine about the possibilities beyond us and our reach, even beyond our understanding.
I'm glad, for "having knowing" about this seemingly terminal-end of the stretch of Human Knowledge and Language; that, "The utmost extent of men's knowledge, is to know that he knows nothing"..
::
I often wonder, what if we just don't have that right amount of neurons in our brain, or, maybe we lack a more advanced neural network, that we can not process the complexity of higher dimensions in our head.
Well it's true,
being the "living in 3 dimension" guys, we struggle hard to imagine the 4th dimension in our head, so much so,
that it's otherwise a funny concept for a non-believer of science, that dimensions, other than 3 known and familiar to us, may ever exist.
What if we all are living through these dimensions, but are dumb enough to never actually perceive them directly. Science has never denied the possibility, in-fact Quantum Physics opens the door of possibilities of existence of Parallel Universes and "Eleven Physical Dimensions" at least, if not more.

Valentine Post

The Post is not about love-praising or Valentine,
.
It's the result of reluctant mind to share something over Valentine like everyone,
like everyone is doing, either praising, or making fun of Valentine's Day.
(And there's also the third kind of guys celebrating the Valour of Shaheed Bhagat Singh today, when he was actually hanged on 23rd of March, not today, neither was his sentence announced today, please stop sharing non-true nonsense if you're truly patriotic :3 I'm not opposing the celebration of valour** either. ok topic for other time )
.
My friend says, "ek-do din likes k notifications aate rehte hain to mind mein positivity bna rehta hai" :P
and hence the post,

Happy New Year :)

we're about to change a few man-made universally time-synchronized digits yet again 😀
.
someone rightly said,

Friend's quote

There can be never one single way or one true perspective to life, obviously.

Memory v/s Nostalgia

Our brain works like a perfect video editing software, it crops out all the unnecessary things from the past and reduces the memory of "awesome things" to precisely what was awesome.
.
Even the most memorable day of our lives largely had nothing as much memorable as the exact thing which makes it memorable, and we only remember that exact moment.
We remember that "hilariously funny incident that happened in class 8" but we don't remember what we ate in lunch the following day.
.
Nostalgia is nothing but a collection of faint and memorable moments cropped out of unnecessary and largely non-connected events.
What this also means is that people tend to forget the things, efforts and investment of time which builds small and "sweet memories".
We only remember the eating of fruits, but not the sowing of seeds.
.
The Caption and Pic have no connection except for, both talk about sweet memories.

Thinking :v

Do you ever start thinking that you are thinking about that you're thinking exactly this thing that you are thinking.
.
And above all, I'm thinking this is a loop
.
The heck.! I'm realising that I'm in a loop
And thinking this also. :v

Humans are awesome.

Humans are awesome, we tend to believe that what we currently think we know about the Universe is reasonably correct, even though statistics aren't on our side.!
.
Previous generations incorrectly thought the exact same thing about what they used to think was true... (Flat Earth, Earth as centre of Universe etc 😝)
.
(sidenote: Flat Earth believers still exist in large numbers in USA, no wonder how Donald Trump got so far in Presidential elections  😝 ( Edit Nov.2016, He even became a President now :3 )
.
Science is growing, "it never stopped growing"
but what's the level of "Knowing everything" have we achieved.? compared to a Human life?
.
We argue that the current state of Science is like that of a 3 year old child, growing and learning new things every other day with a Huge life ahead to live and learn from.!
.
But, what if it's equivalent of a 60 year old guy? Already full of all possible experiences he could have gathered on his way in life, and lacking *just* a few more discoveries to reach the ultimate "saturation" of Knowledge...?!
.
and, well....those "few more discoveries left for Grand-Old guy?"
"cure of cancer, formula for immortality, time travel/interstellar travel, Unified theory of everything, gravita....Ohh Scientist bros discovered Gravitational waves few weeks ago" etcetera.
😃

Every moment, we're making memories.

Every moment, we're making memories.

At times, we don't realise that our each little action and conversation, is defining, shaping our future to an extent that we can't even imagine.!
.
When we look back, maybe merely 2 years ago, we turn nostalgic remembering those incidences and moments.... And we wonder how those small decisions, were so well timed that we ended up living in "this" version of future, not the other way.
.
In my case, a timely fever decided that I'll continue schooling in St James after class 10, instead of Lucknow or Kota.
And now I feel soo thankful to that decision..or else, I would have missed all this, I would have missed meeting awesome people, and good and bad memories.!
.
We realise how those seemingly small conversations over WhatsApp/FB, later defined many "big" important decisions of life.
.
That's the Butterfly Effect (of Chaos Theory, Mathematics 😉 )
Who knows if a single flap of a butterfly in Delhi, set the motions of atoms in air in such a way that it triggered a Cyclone in Arabian sea..?
Likewise, who knows if a single yes/no, delay/ no-delay, friend request /unfriend, forgive/no-forgive, miss/no-miss of train, decision of joining/not-joining the coaching, etc, end up defining some really big Events of Life
These seemingly small events/decisions set the chain-reactions of event in such a way that they end up defining the version of future we're heading into.
.
Certainly there are manny versions of future, the best one being the one where I would full-fill all my dreams;
other alternates include mediocre versions of life b/w good and bad,
and perhaps the worst too, where I would be a Big Failure in life.
.
It's the "Now" and decisions which we make today, that would ultimately define what our fate would be, and I believe that many such life-defining events happen daily, which go unnoticed at the moment, but two years down the road of life, I'll look back and say,
"Well that little talk we had back then, that was the turning point of my life, many things happened because of the little inspiration I got from you that day 😊"

Deja Vu

Experiencing "Deja Vu" makes me too involved into thinking that "I am experiencing "the Deja Vu" that I almost always manage to Not experience the real moment, and only think about the Deja Vu and how weird this word Deja Vu is, that this word itself loses its meaning.

Deja Vu, what does it even mean.

Ofcourse everyone has experienced this, at some or the other point in time.?

Happy New Year

By the time I made my mind habitual to think of current year as 2014,

.

.

We're about to change the last digit again ~_-

p.s. Happy New Year 2014....srry 2015
